Each project should contain the following:

Documentation

Final Powerpoint Slides (pdf of slides)
Software Requirements Document
Software Design Document
End User Guide
Programmer Guide (API Documentation)
If your project has research results these would be documented here with supporting graphics.

These could be either documents or wiki pages. Upload your documents directly to the wiki.

Application

Demonstration (Have a page with link to a live demo and have screen shots on there).
PHP Doc
Source code (package or link to download if hosted elsewhere)

Archive

Download Package

Package all your files into a single zipped archive, which extracts to one folder with the following directory structure.

 ->ProjectTitle\
   -->Docs\
        SRS,SDS, User Guide, Programmer Guide
   -->App\
       -->PhPDoc\ 
       -->Application\
   README file 
     Include your Abstract and any special installation instructions that might be required such as 
     installation of database tables.
