NYC Bugs

No preconfigured Boroughs, and we couldn't find a way to create them. Hampers some uses of the system.
User can change their password to an invalid string such as \\\\\"'"'"'"'/////, and then will not be able to log in.
Bug fixed: No way to list registered staff. (You can check the full staff list by going to Staff Registration System --> Reports --> Basic Reports with contacts --> View full report. There will be a list of Staff and their positions.)
Administration-->Location Config -->Add State (mod=admin&act=add_state_cr): When you enter new State and message appeared saying, "Submission Successful: NY Location was succesfully added as a Country"
Administration--> Module Config--> Site System--> (mod=cr&act=adm_default) : When you are on the Geocode tab, and click on Geocode "city name"... It appears as if you are on the Manage Types tab (because it is highlighted) but you are actually on the Geocode tab.
Shelteree Tracking System --> Register or check out shelterees --> Register Family (mod=sts&act=add_new_family):: under Shelter Name (Required Field) there is no choice of shelter to choose from.
Shelteree Tracking System --> Register or check out shelterees --> Register Family (mod=sts&act=add_new_family):: Towards the bottom of the page it says, "Family Compositionrequired". A space is needed between Composition and required.
